As our industry faces an incredibly challenging and uncertain time, it’s important that we remember that we’re all in this together and continue to work together and support each other.  

Here at Caterforce, we are working closely with our members to support them, their customers and communities and we wanted to let you know that we have taken a number of steps to ensure we continue to deliver for our customers and minimise impact.

Caterforce members have reacted quickly to the situation and are working tirelessly to ensure their stock levels are high and the general public can get what they need. The teams continue to demonstrate dedication, support and kindness to their customers and local communities:

Castell Howell Foods

Offering a phone and collect service from their depot. This is open to the public 7 days a week. They also have a Cash & Carry Outlet with extended opening hours and are offering various collection points across Wales.

Hunt’s Foodservice

The Hunt’s Outlet is open 7 days a week to the public and the business are working hard to ensure it is fully stocked for their customers. They’re also looking into opening some pop-up shops in their local area.

JB Foods

Offering a home delivery service and the option for customers to call and collect. They have also created a number of essential retail packs, which consist of products people are struggling to buy in supermarkets.

Lynas Foodservice

Lynas have 8 food outlets across Ireland and are now offering an online home delivery service to the public. Trying to cover as much of Ireland as they can, they have opened 2 pop up food shops in Carryduff and Portadown, and have opened the doors to their warehouse in Dublin to serve people in that area.

Philip Dennis Foodservice

Philip Dennis are supporting existing customers and are looking into options to open pop-up shops in their local areas as well as offer click and collect for their customers.

Pilgrim Foodservice

Offering home delivery and click and collect to support people in their local area 7 days a week and have put together Fruit, Vegetable, Salad & Butchery Boxes. They are also supporting retailers.

Pioneer Foodservice

Have made their entire foodservice range of products available to the public and have their Foodstores which are open to the public. They’re working hard to keep their retail stores fully stocked.
