Established in 1991, Caterforce is one of the biggest foodservice buying & marketing consortiums in the UK. We source products from a huge range of leading suppliers and manufacturers to support our eight leading independent foodservice wholesalers.
From our head office in Macclesfield, Cheshire we provide a central hub for our members supporting both their group buying needs and marketing resource, allowing suppliers to push out a consistent and coherent marketing plan nationwide, with just one point of contact.
We're seeking a skilled Artworker to join our marketing team to produce monthly brochures for our nine food and drink wholesaler members.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Artwork wholesalers’ promotional brochures and price guides
• Liaise with printers to get the best deals available
• Work with the Own Brand Marketing Manager to edit packaging for own brand products
• Confidently present your work to internal and external teams
• Ensure all creative content meets brand guidelines
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in content creation and available software.
Qualifications & Skills
The role will suit people who have:
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, As well as artwork, repro and print processes and the latest PDF technologies
• A strong understanding of typography, space and layout
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and work on more than one project at a time
• Strong organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work well to deadlines and prioritise projects based on upcoming deadlines
• Ability to offer advice and opinions to members to add value
• Great eye for layout and design trends and a keen eye for detail.

This position is located in Macclesfield, UK .
