The judging panel, who have decades of experience between them, consisted of Andrew Green, director of operations at the Craft Guild of Chefs, Jason Gordon, general manager of Compass Group’s General Medical Council contract and Matt Owens, pastry chef at a five-star hotel in Watford.

The judges found some of the products so good that they awarded them a ‘Best of the Best’ accolade and we’re delighted to say that our Luxury Chicken Kiev was one of them.

We’d like to congratulate all the other winners and thank CCM, the Craft Guild of Chefs and the Westminster Kingsway College Chefs of the Future for a brilliant day.
