We are thrilled to end 2021 having won a CCM Chefs’ Own-Brand Award in the Baking category for our delicious Amaretti Coffee Cake. A coffee and marsala sponge cake topped and filled with coffee buttercream and decorated with an Amaretti biscuit on each slice.
Now in its fourth year, the CCM Awards are endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs who conduct the judging in blind tastings to ensure unbiased and expert feedback.
Our Chefs Selections Amaretti and Coffee cake was described by the judges as “a good concept…with large portions and sweet buttercream.”
