The Caterforce team were down in London earlier this week to attend the Chefs’ Choice Awards. With two products shortlisted on the night, it was a fantastic opportunity to share our enthusiasm for the Chefs’ Selections by Caterforce range and to meet people from the industry to celebrate product development and innovation.
The Chefs’ Choice Awards, judged by chefs for chefs were created to showcase the great work of food service suppliers and the event was attended by all the major foodservice providers and various industry VIPs.
At the Awards, the Chefs’ Selections by Caterforce, Superfood Fruit Cake received a ‘Highly Rated’ medal. The fruit cake, an exciting addition to the Chefs’ Selections dessert range is made with goji berries, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, pistachios and many more delicious toppings. With the current trends for healthy eating, it fills a gap in the dessert sector and offers something really unique.
