Microwave : Place 125 g of mashed potato in a microwaveable container and heat on full power for 3-4 min. (800 W), stirring after 2 minutes.
Oven : pre-heat the oven at 220°C, place 1 kg of mashed potato in an oven proof dish and cook in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
